This Briefing is based on the results of a special online information exchange conducted in March 2017 among more than 300 brokers and 300 employers. Both groups share information about their use of voluntary benefits, and more specifically, voluntary dental benefits. These benefits professionals also provide their opinions on non-medical, non-pension voluntary benefits offerings, the importance of attributes for voluntary dental insurance, advertising recall for voluntary dental insurance, and more. Where possible, results are compared to findings from a similar exchange conducted in June 2016.
