This Briefing is based on the results of an online information exchange conducted in July and August 2018 among more than 600 group employee benefits professionals. Employers and brokers provide feedback about their use of and experiences with carrier websites. They also share information on their use of social media, particularly with regard to insurance carriers. Additionally, both groups give their opinions on resources for insurance information in general.
