Perspectives on Artificial Intelligence/ChatGPT from a Survey of Employers and Brokers
This Briefing shares findings from an information exchange conducted in May 2023. It explores employers' and brokers' experiences with and feedback on generative artificial intelligence (AI), specifically, ChatGPT and other similar chatbots. Information in this report is based on an online survey taken by roughly 100 HR decision-makers at organizations with 5,000+ employees and roughly 100 employee benefits brokers and consultants who work with large organizations.

Perspectives on Employee Benefits Carriers from a Survey of Brokers
This Briefing explores brokers’ opinions of and experiences with the employee benefits industry, including employee benefits carriers. The findings in this report are based on an online survey conducted in January and February 2023 and taken by more than 1,000 employee benefits brokers and consultants. This exchange contains similar topics and questions to a previous special online exchange conducted in Q1 of 2022, and where possible, results of the two studies are compared.

This report shares large employers’ opinions of and experiences with employee benefits carriers. This Briefing is based on the results of an online survey taken by 1000+ HR decision-makers at organizations with 5,000+ employees. This exchange contains similar topics and questions to a special online exchange conducted in Q1, 2023 among about 1,000 group employee benefits brokers and consultants, and another conducted in Q1, 2022 among HR decision-makers, and where possible, results of the three studies are compared.

Perspectives on Experiences with Non-Medical Carriers,
From a Survey of Employers & BrokersThis Briefing is based on the results of an online information exchange conducted in January and February 2023 and taken by almost 600 benefits professionals (280 HR decision-makers/employers and 296 benefits brokers/consultants). Participants provided feedback in two areas: characteristics related to non-medical carriers and issues they encounter with non-medical carriers. This exchange contains similar topics and questions to a previous online exchange conducted in November/December of 2021, and where possible, results of the two exchanges are compared.
