- In this report, both brokers and employers provide information about their experiences with and views regarding their local Chambers of Commerce. It is based on the results of an online information exchange conducted in October and November, 2017 among more than 300 brokers and about 275 employers. Additionally, both groups share feedback in the area of retirement benefits.

- This Briefing explores New York area broker members' awareness of New York state's Disability Benefits Law (DBL), DBL authorized carriers, and the importance of various aspects of such plans when working with clients. This report is based on an information exchange conducted in May 2017, among more than 90 brokers, who indicated they have group clients in New York State, personally advise those clients on group disability, and are at least somewhat familiar with New York state Disability Benefits Law (DBL).

- This Briefing is based on the results of a special online information exchange conducted in March 2017 among more than 300 brokers and 300 employers. Both groups share information about their use of voluntary benefits, and more specifically, voluntary dental benefits. These benefits professionals also provide their opinions on non-medical, non-pension voluntary benefits offerings, the importance of attributes for voluntary dental insurance, advertising recall for voluntary dental insurance, and more. Where possible, results are compared to findings from a similar exchange conducted in June 2016.

Participants share their opinions of providers of non-medical employee benefits and characteristics of those providers.
