This Special Report contains the results of an online survey conducted in January 2017 among more than 300 group employee benefits brokers. Participants share their opinions of providers of non-medical employee benefits and characteristics of those providers. They also discuss their perception of growth potential for the industry and their own business. Additionally, brokers provide information on their media habits.
