This report highlights the opinions of both brokers and employers on the need for Spanish language communications for group life. These benefits professionals also share their points of view on dental benefits for retirees, "return to work" programs, and features and services that might be appealing value-adds for group disability insurance policies. Findings for this report are derived from a survey conducted in June, 2011 among close to 200 brokers and more than 200 employers.
