This Briefing explores brokers’ and employers’ planning for and reactions to the new Massachusetts Paid Family & Medical Leave program (MAPFML). This report is based on an information exchange conducted in July 2019, among more than 100 brokers, who indicated they have at least one group client in Massachusetts, and nearly 100 employers who have at least one employee in Massachusetts.
