    This Briefing delves into both brokers' and employers' opinions regarding and experiences with Health Care Reform, as well as a variety of other issues. It is based on an information exchange conducted in December of 2013, among close to 450 brokers and more than 150 benefits decision-makers. Topics include: reactions to the impact of health care reform, issues related to open enrollment, views on voluntary identity theft insurance, and evaluations of non-medical insurance providers.
