Contained in this report are the results of an online survey conducted among close to 400 brokers and more than 150 employers in January and February of 2013. Both of these groups provide opinions on strategies used to handle data when working with multiple carriers. They both also share views on online benefits administration, including the importance of various online benefits administration capabilities. Brokers only provide insights on value-add services that insurance carriers may provide.
