This Briefing is based on the results of an online information exchange conducted in January and February 2023 and taken by almost 600 benefits professionals (280 HR decision-makers/employers and 296 benefits brokers/consultants). Participants provided feedback in two areas: characteristics related to non-medical carriers and issues they encounter with non-medical carriers. This exchange contains similar topics and questions to a previous online exchange conducted in November/December of 2021, and where possible, results of the two exchanges are compared.
