Addressing employee needs is the top priority for most benefits decision-makers. In this report, these HR professionals express their views about the ways in which they attempt to better understand their employees, what sources they use to do so, and what benefits their organizations offer to employees to support their financial planning. Benefits decision-makers also share their experience with administering group disability benefits, and with voluntary benefits. This report is based on an online survey, conducted in June, 2007 among close to 70 benefits decision-makers.
