In this report, both brokers and employers provide information about their experiences with and views on influences on benefits decision-making as well as the importance and value of benefits. Employers also share feedback on their roles in HR. This report is based on the results of an online information exchange conducted in December, 2019 and January, 2020 among more than 300 brokers and about 270 employers.
