Based on the results of an online survey conducted in September 2025, this report includes feedback from employers and brokers on their experiences with Group Pet insurance. Roughly 400 benefits professionals (150 employers/HR decision-makers and 250 brokers/consultants) participated in this online exchange. This exchange contained similar questions to a previous online exchange conducted in 2019 and where possible, results of the two studies are compared.
